Lacto Safe™ contains natural lactase, the enzyme responsible for breaking down milk sugars, as well as other enzymes specifically formulated for the digestion of foods containing lactose.
Ingredients: Natural Lactase (3500 FCC lactase units per 2 capsules) 350mg, Acidophilus, Lactobacillus Plantarum Lactobacillus Bulgaricus, Lactobacillus Casei (2 billion at time of manufacture) 200mg, FOS Microflora Growth Concentrate 200mg, Natural Protease Concentrate 20mg, Natural Lipase Concentrate 20mg
Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 to 2 capsules before eating milk or milk products. Each 2 capsules will provide enzyme activity to aid in the digestion of 8 oz milk or similar quantities of yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese, ice cream or other milk based products.
