Cran Aid Tea contains cranberry combined with supportive herbs to improve and maintain urinary tract health and inhibit the adhesion of E. Coli bacteria to the lining of the bladder, which may prevent urinary tract infections and reoccurrences.
Preparations made with whole cranberry fruit have been shown in clinical trials to help maintain urinary tract health by inhibiting bacteria from adhering to the lining of the bladder and urethra. Two cups of Cran-Aid provide the same benefits as drinking 8 oz. of cranberry juice, but without the added sugars that most juices contain. It's especially important to avoid sugary drinks when caring for the urinary tract, as sugar feeds the growth of bacteria. As a healthful complement to our refreshingly tart Cran-Aid, we also recommend drinking several cups of water or unsweetened herbal teas throughout the day. Nature's pigments color our brilliant world. The cranberry plant is a low-bush evergreen shrub cultivated in the damp bogs of the Great Lakes region, New England and parts of southeastern Canada. Cranberry was first introduced to the early Pilgrims by the indigenous people of North America in the 17th century and has since become a customary part of the traditional Thanksgiving feast. The Natural Pharmacy of Plants: We sense the return to perfect medicine will be found in nature…where it all began…in the simple and wondrous workings of the natural pharmacy of plants.
