Other ingredients: Millet, Gelatin, Magnesium stearate. To ensure optimum daily dosage, each capsule contains 400 mg Vitex agnus-castus in a base of millet.
Directions Take two or three capsules daily for eight to twelve weeks. Thereafter take one to two capsules daily. Vitex works slowly so it is best if used long term.
Warnings Do not use during pregnancy. Double safety sealed with a printed outer shrinkwrap film and a printed inner bottle freshness seal. Do not use if either seal is broken or missing.
