Directions: As a dietary supplement for adults, six (6) tablets daily, preferably between meals with two (2) full glasses of water, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Other Ingredients: Acacia, vegetable cellulose, silica, croscarmellose sodium, psyllium powder, senna leaf powder, buckthorn powder.
Does Not Contain: Sugar, salt, starch, corn, yeast, soy, dairy products, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors.
Warnings: To assure freshness and potency, store in a cool, dry place, away from heat, light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. This product contains buckthorn and senna. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or developed diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain. Consult your phyisican if you have frequent diarrhea. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your physician before using this product. Psyllium should be eaten with at least a full glass of liquid. Eating psyllium without a full glass of liquid may cause choking. Do not eat this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
