Why Take Chelated Magnesium Calcium 1:1 Tablets? Magnesium protects the cells from aluminum, mercury, lead, cadmium, beryllium and nickel. It is probable that low total body magnesium contributes to heavy metal toxicity in children and is a participant in the etiology of learning disorders.
One of the absorption problems, leading to calcium deficiency, may result from difficulty in chelating sufficient calcium with dietary amino acids.
Chelated Magnesium Calcium 1:1 is presented as amino acid chelates as this is believed to be more easily absorbed closely resembling the form in which it appears in nature.
Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement for adults, three (3) tablets daily, preferably between at mealtime. May be distributed throughout the day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
