Formula VM-75® is a high-potency multivitamin with amino acid chelated minerals – and is among the best-selling multivitamins in the natural products industry. Directions As a dietary supplement for adults, one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
