Formula VM-75® is a high-potency multivitamin with amino acid chelated minerals – and is among the best-selling multivitamins in the natural products industry. In tablet form, Formula VM-75® is taken once a day, making it easy to incorporate into a healthy program of nutrition. The "75" means that Formula VM-75® contains 75 mg of most of the B vitamins. This multivitamin is also available in an iron-free formula, as well as in Solgar’s all-vegetarian VEGICAPS®.
Free Of Corn, yeast, wheat, soy and dairy products and are formulated without the use of preservatives, artificial flavors or colors.
Directions As a dietary supplement for adults, one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
