Directions: As a dietary supplement for adults, two (2) Vegicaps daily, preferably with a carbohydrate meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Can be taken with your favorite Solgar Multiple and/or Antioxidant formulas.
Other Ingredients: Vegetable cellulose, PhytO2X Blend (natural vitamin E (mixed tocopherols), natural beta carotene and other carotenoids, rosemary extract (aerial), vitamin C (l-ascorbic acid)), vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable glycerin, water.
Does Not Contain: Sugar, starch, corn, yeast, wheat, soy, dairy products, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors.
Warnings: This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. To assure freshness and potency store in a cool, dry place, away from heat, light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6.
