The Cleansing fiber is now made with a healthier balance of soluble and insoluble fibers brown rice bran, apple pectin, and psyllium. Quantity of capsules has changed from 200 to 150 capsules due to fewer capsules per dose.

For Cleansing Fiber™ Formula: 150 Capsules ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER Serving of 6 capsules: 2760 mg of Psyllium seed and husks, Brown rice bran and Apple pectin in a 318 mg proprietary blend of Licorice root, Slippery Elm bark, Pau D'Arco bark, Peppermint leaf and Chlorella.
Warnings When taken without adequate fluid, this product may swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing or when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present. If you experience chest pain, vomiting or difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.
