Goldenseal is a plant grown in eastern North America, particularly in Oregon and Washington. The dried root and rhizome are used for medicinal purposes. Witch Hazel is grown in North America and Europe. The leaves and bark of the tree are used as medicine. The most common uses for witch hazel are: Eczema, Hemorrhoids, Crohn's disease, minor injuries/ wound healing, skin ulcers, and varicose veins.
Suggested Dosage: As a dietary supplement, take 2-4 capsules two times a day with meals or a glass of water.
