Reishi Mushrooms grow wild on decaying logs and tree stumps in coastal provinces of China. It grows in six different colors, the most common being red. It is cultivated in North America, Taiwan, China, Japan and Korea. It has been used in ancient Chinese medicine for over 4,000 years. They generally treated fatigue, weakness, asthma, insomnia, and cough. Common uses for it today are: altitude sickness, fatigue, hepatitis, high triglycerides, and HIV support.

Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 2 or 3 capsules two times a day with meals or a glass of water.
