Wood Betony is used for toning and strengthening the nervous system, and is used for treating nervous debility associated with anxiety and tension. It can also be used for easing headaches and neuralgia, when of nervous origin, and especially those caused by hypertension.
Suggested Dosage: As a dietary supplement, take 2 or 3 capsules two times a day with meals or a glass of water.
