Yellow Dock is found in many places in North America. The root is used for medicinal purposes. Yellow Dock has had a long history as an alterative (nonspecific effects on the gastrointestinal tract and liver). It has been thought to treat skin conditions attributed to toxic metabolites from maldigestion and poor liver function.
It is presently commmonly used for the treatment of poor digestion, and skin conditions.
Suggested Dosage: As a dietary supplement, take 2 or 3 capsules two times a day with meals or a glass of water.
Serving Size: 1 Capsule
Each Serving Contains: Yellow Dock (Rumex crispus)(root) 500 mg
