Yucca is a desert tree related to the Joshua tree, and grows primarily in the southwestern United States. The stalk and root are used primarily for medicinal purposes. Native Americans used the soapy leaves in poultices or baths for the treatment of skin sores and sprains. It was also used for inflammation, dandruff, and hair loss.
Common uses for it today are for osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis.
Suggested Dosage: As a dietary supplement, take 2 or 3 capsules two times a day with meals or a glass of water.
