Garlic is a plant similar to onion and chives. The bulb is used for medicinal purposes, as well as cooking. It can be used in connection with high blood pressure, high triglycerides, intermittent claudication, atherosclerosis, athlete's foot, bronchitis, high cholesterol, recurrent ear infections, HIV support, influenza, infection, parasites, peptic ulcer, raynaud's disease, vaginitis, and a yeast infection.
Suggested Dosage: As a dietary supplement, take 2-4 capsules two times a day with meals or a glass of water.
