Peppermint is hybrid of water mint and spearmint. It grows almost everywhere. The leaves are used for medicinal purposes. It can be used in connection with the following: indigestion, colic, gallstones, gingivitis, irritable bowel syndrome, and tension headaches.
Papaya-Peppermint Blend may also be used to eliminate bloating, treat loss of appetite, alleviate menstrual cramps and relieve nausea and rheumatism.
Suggested Dosage: As a dietary supplement, take 2 or 3 capsules a day with meals or a glass of water.

Each Serving Contains: Proprietary blend: Papaya (Carica papaya) (leaf), Peppermint (Mentha piperita) (aerial), Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) (seed), Ginger (Zingiber officinale) (root), Gentian (Gentiana lutea) (root), Cayenne (Capsicum annuum) (pepper), 400 mg Irish Moss (Chondrus crispus) (whole), Butternut (Juglans cinerea) (bark)
