Centella Asiatica, also known as Gotu Kola, grows in swampy areas throughout India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Madagascar, and South Africa. It also grows in Eastern Europe. The roots and leaves are used for medicinal purposes.
Gotu Kola can be used in connection with: minor injuries, wound healing, minor burns, chronic venous insufficiency, scars, scleroderma, skin ulcers, and varicose veins.
Suggested Dosage: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule two times a day with meals or a glass of water.
