Turmeric comes from India, and is used in most curries. The root and underground stem are used medicinally. In the traditional medicine of India, different species of turmeric were used for poor vision, rheumatic pains, coughs, and to increase milk production.
It is now used for indigestion, heartburn, rheumatoid arthritis, atherosclerosis, bursitis, gallstones, and inflammation.
Suggested Dosage: As a dietary supplement, take one capsule one to three times a day with meals or a glass of water. Store in a cool, dry place.

Each Serving Contains: Turmeric (Curcuma longa) (root extract) 200 mg; Bromelain (from pineapple stem) 326 mg; Boswellia (Boswellia serrata) (gum extract) 50mg
