Liquid Vitamin E is probably one of the most advanced forms of supplementing Vitamin E. Vitamin E provides antioxidant activity for protection from free radical damage. The Vitamin E in this advanced product is derived from 100% Natural d-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate. Solaray's Liquid Vitamin E- 400 is formulated with a full range of Mixed Tocopherols, as well as Tocotrienols which have shown many health benefits in scientific studies. Liquid Vitamin E can also be used for topical applications.
Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one dropper (1.2ml) daily, preferably with meals.
