Solaray No Flush Niacin contains 500 mg of the supplement. The body uses Niacin (vitamin B3) in the process of releasing energy from carbohydrates. It’s needed to form fat from carbohydrates and to process alcohol. Niacin also regulates cholesterol.
Niacin, in amounts as low as 50–100 mg, may cause flushing, headache, and stomachache in some people. Solaray's No Flush Niacin 500 mg is formulated to prevent flushing, headache and other negative side effects sometimes associated with regular niacin use.
Ingredients - per capsule: Niacin (from Inositol Hexaniacinate) 500 mg; Inositol (from Inositol Hexaniacinate) 125 mg
Other Ingredients: Gelatin (capsule), Whole Food Base (Whole Rice Concentrate including Kernel, Polishings and Hull; Pure Aloe Vera Gel [Aloe officinalis]) and Magnesium Stearate
