OptiZinc® 30 mg by Solaray is a dietary supplement formulated with a Zinc Monomethionine complex.
Zinc is a component of more than 300 enzymes that are needed to repair wounds, maintain fertility, synthesize protein, help cells reproduce, preserve vision, boost immunity, and protect against free radicals, among other functions.
When combined with vitamin B 6, zinc adds an extra boost to the immune system and works synergistically to be absorbed into the body more efficiently.
Ingredients - per capsule: Vitamin B-6 (Pyridoxine HCl) 20 mg; Zinc (as Zinc Monomethionine [OptiZinc®]) 30 mg
Other Ingredients: Whole rice concentrate (including bran, germ and polishings), gelatin (capsule), cellulose, Kelp and magnesium stearate
