Iron-Free Spectro Multi-Vita-Min by Solaray is the iron free version of Solaray's Most Popular Multiple Vitamin and Mineral Supplement. Spectro is formulated with a natural Beta Carotene Complex in a base of Siberian Ginseng.
Beta-carotene is a substance from plants that the body converts into vitamin A. It also acts as an antioxidant and an immune system booster.
Multiple vitamin-mineral (MVM) supplements contain a variable number of essential and/or non-essential nutrients.
