DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, take one capsule every four hours as desired up to four capsules per day. Store in a cool, dry place.
CAUTION: Hup A should be used with caution by individuals with known heart rhythm disorders or chronic asthma. Anyone undergoing major surgery should alert the anesthesiologist to Hup A supplementation.

Ingredients: Gotu Kola (Centellia asiatica)(aerial) 285 mg; Lecithin (from soy) 100 mg; Hup A (from Chinese moss [Huperzia serrata]) 50 mcg
Other Ingredients: Gelatin (capsule), Silica, Magnesium Stearate and Maltodextrin.
