Melatonin is produced in the pineal gland of mammals and aids in the regulation of circadian rhythms*. This product is specially designed to mimic the typical nighttime release pattern of melatonin. The first stage releases approximately 0.25mg of melatonin within 30 minutes followed by a delayed release of the remainder about 3 to 4 hours later. The co-factor nutrients play key roles in brain, nervous system, and energy metabolism.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one tablet about 1 hour before bedtime with juice or water. Relax.
