 Jarrow Formulas' Berry High™ is a completely natural low-carbohydrate combination of fruit and berry powders rich in antioxidant flavonoids such as ellagic acid, anthocyanins and other polyphenols. Berry High™ is dried using low temperatures.



Flavonoids and other polyphenols help protect against the oxidation of LDL cholesterol. Anthocyanins, as found in bilberries, blueberries and blackberries, impart bright colors to fruits and berries and are biologically important substances known to protect vision, capillary strength and circulation. Red Raspberries, Strawberries, Blackberries and Cranberries contain ellagic acid in the form of ellagitannins, which are bioavailable. Ellagic acid is a water soluble antioxidant that promotes healthy cell development by shielding DNA from oxidative damage.
