Usage: Add 2 scoops of powder to 8 oz of cold water, low-fat milk, soy milk or rice milk. Mix, shake, or blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Add flax oil, nuts and seeds for additional benefit. For sugar restricted diets or weight management diets, add fruit or juice to enhance the taste.
