Offers Digestive & Gastrointestinal Support
Description: Aloe is a native plant of Africa, traditionally used as a topical preparation for burns and wounds. The thick mucilaginous juice found inside the leaves is thought to have a cooling, soothing effect on the skin. The juice, when taken internally, is thought to play important roles in supporting the gastrointestinal system and proper bowel maintenance.
Aloe Vera has also been known to improve physical endurance, due to the high nutrient content of the gel. Aloe Vera juice may also help people with ulcerative colitis, an inflammatory bowel disease.
