Suggested Use:
Take 1 capsule, one to four times daily with meals, or follow the advice of your health care professional.
The suggested daily dose for DHEA is:
age 40-49 age 50+ Men 25-50 mg 25-100 mg Women 25-50 mg 25-50 mg
NOTE: If you are pregnant or lactating, planning to become pregnant, on hormone therapy (including estrogen, oral contraceptives, or corticosteroids), under the age of 40, or have a pre-existing medical condition or a hormone sensitive disorder, consult with your health care professional before using DHEA.
