How are the packages shipped?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground.
Three day and Two day express shipping is also available.

What are the shipping costs?
Ground shipping is $5.95 per package.
2ND DAY AIR shipping is $17.50 per package.
3DAY SELECT shipping is $12.50 per package.

How do I get free shipping when my order totals $89.95 or more?
When checking out on the order page your ground shipping charges will automatically be deducted on any order over $89.95.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
All packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. When your package is shipped, you will automatically receive an e-mail with a tracking number, which can be used in conjunction with the USPS website to determine shipping times. If you wish, there is also a reference map on the UPS site which gives approximate shipping days from the origin location...ours is Yonkers, NY-Zip Code 10710.

Can I have my package shipped to an address that is different from my billing address?
Yes please provide ship to address in checkout. We will ship your package anywhere in the Continental U.S., as long as a physical address is specified. We do ship to P.O, A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses using U.S. Priority Mail Service.

Are all of the products on your site in stock?
Every item that we offer is considered a stock item. Since we carry over 40,000 items, and often get orders for large quantities of a single item, we do occasionally run out of stock on a particular item. In most cases it takes us 1 to 3 days to replenish our stock. In rare cases when our distributors are not able to supply us immediately, we will inform you by e-mail. We stock limited inventory on PROFESSIONAL BRANDS because those products are non returnable. PROFESSIONAL BRANDS will ship two days after the day the order was placed.

Do orders get processed on weekends?
While we do receive orders and begin packing them on Saturday, we do not ship any orders received after 1pm Friday until the following Monday.

Do you ship internationally?
Now shipping to Canada only.

Is a signature required to receive my order?
We do not require USPS and/or UPS to get a signature in order to leave a package. If you have a certain place where you would prefer to have your package left (such as a front or rear porch), write a note on the comments section of our order form and we will print the instructions for UPS on the shipping label.

When I request 2 or 3 day shipping, do weekend days count?
2 or 3 day shipping refers to business days only. Weekend days are not counted. Therefore, if you place an order for 2 day shipping and the package goes out on Thursday, it should be expected to arrive on Monday. Please keep in mind that 2 or 3 day shipping DOES NOT include order processing time. We carry over 40,000 different products and cannot possibly maintain large amounts of stock on every item. It usually takes us 1 to 3 days to receive items that are out of stock, at which time we will ship them by the method originally requested.

Do I need to register to shop on your site?
Registration is not necessary for shopping on our site, although it is recommended for repeat customers as it saves the chore of typing the same information everytime you shop on our site.

What if I can't find the product that I am looking for?
If you are having difficulty navigating the site, please call us at the fulfillment center at 1-866-471-4628. If you wish to have us include a product on our site, please e-mail us with the information and we will try to accomodate you.

Can I change my order once it has been submitted?
You may call us at our fulfillment center at 1-866-471-4628 or e-mail info@houseofnutrition.com, and if your order has not been shipped, we will be happy to modify it.

Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards for payment:
American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, checks and money orders.


Returns:
Under what circumstances can I return a package?
A package may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase with the exception of Nutrition Bars and the Professional Lines, which are not returnable. The products must be returned sealed and unopened. Sorry, shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Security:
How can I be sure that my credit card information will be safe when I enter it into your site?
All online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to our Yahoo Store server.
