New Zealand Blackcurrant contains 4 times more polyphenols, including the unique eye protectors delphinidin-3-rutinoside and cyanidin-3-rutinoside, than European Blackcurrant and is freeze-dried to better protect its phytochemicals.New Zealand Blackcurrant is free of pesticides and grows in an unpolluted area with intense sunlight, which makes it naturally high in phenolic antioxidants.
