Usage: Take 1 capsule per day, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant.
SeleNext™ contains the most effective selenium compound Methylselenocysteine, combined with BroccoMax™ (rich in SGS - Sulforaphane Glucosinolate), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) and Vitamin E (d-Alpha tocopherol succinate).
Methylselenocysteine is the predominant and most active form of selenium found in nature and food. Each serving of SeleNext™ contains 200 mcg of Methylselenocysteine. Vitamins B2 and E are important to the metabolism of Selenium.*
