--- Jarrow Sterol Mega (SterolMega) provides phytosterols and pantethine, which offer complementary activities for maintaining healthy cholesterol levels.
Plant Sterol-Fish Oil Esters (Cardiabeat®) are molecularly bonded to provide a greater effect on maintaining healthy triglyceride levels than conventional sterol esters or mechanical mixtures of the two components. Also, in contrast to other plant sterol products, Cardiabeat® has an insignificant effect on reducing fat soluble vitamin and other nutrient absorption.
Pantethine (Pantesin) is a derivative of Vitamin B5, which supports lipid metabolism by its ability to raise levels of CoA, a cofactor involved in several metabolic pathways including carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.
