Recently, we have been in the process of transitioning our website in order to make it a better shopping experience for our customers. We want to thank you for your understanding and patience with us during this transition as we know there have been some technical challenges. Below are some frequently asked questions regarding the website that we would like to address:
1. What happened to my order history?
We have received feedback from many customers voicing concern over their order histories. We realize this is a very important aspect of the old website that customers want to maintain. However, after working countless hours with our engineers, it just was not be possible. The system was too old and couldn't be converted to the new design. We thank you for your understanding.
2. Why can't I log in with my old username and password?
Customers who face this problem will have to reset password in order to log into their account. Try logging in here http://www.houseofnutrition.com/login.php. If the password does not work, click "Forgot Your Password" and follow prompts to reset. If that still does not work, then you may have to create a new account.
3. Can I place a phone order if I do not see a product I want on the website?
Currently, we are not accepting any phone orders. However, every day we are adding more and more products to our website! If you have previously ordered an item from us that you no longer see on the website, we may still be in the process of putting it up for sale. This new website will offer newer products for better prices and should be completed shortly. When finished, you should be able to locate the item you require!
4. Why do some products have no images or descriptions?
We are working with all the vitamin brands in order to provide the latest product images for our customers. We should have the images updated soon. In the meantime, don't hesitate to continue shopping for products without images. All the UPC codes and titles are 100% correct. Even if there is no picture or description, you can still place the order and will receive the proper vitamins.
