Directions: One full press of the pump dispenses the recommended 20 mg of natural progesterone. Rotate area of application each use between face, hands, chest inner arms and thighs.
MENSTRUATING: Once or twice a day as needed starting on the 12th day after the first day of menstrual flow thru the 27th day.
PERIMENOPAUSAL: Once or twice a day as needed starting on the 7th day after the first day of menstrual flow thru the 27th day
MENOPAUSAL: Apply once or twice a day for a maximum of 25 consecutive days. Resume after a 5 day break.
