Each VCapsule Contains lactobacillus acidophilus (providing 1.5 billion CFU of the patented LA-1 strain) 150 mg. *(hypo-allergenic plant fiber added to complete capsule volume requirement) This formula requires refrigeration to maintain culture viability.
1-3 vegetarian capsules per day, in divided doses, between meals
