Shipping Policy




CARRIER/TIME: We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground and it takes about 2-3 days for shipping. Please remember that it usually takes 24-48 hours to process your order before it is shipped.


WEIGHT: Packages weighing up to 3 lbs. or shipping to a P.O.Box ship by way of USPS Priority Mail. Packages that are 3lbs. and over ship UPS Ground.


SHIP TO: We ship to all 48 continental United States. The orders leave from our warehouse in New York.


FEE: Ground shipping is $5.95 per package. 2nd Day Air shipping is $17.50 per package. 3 Day Select shipping is $12.50 per package. Orders over $150.00 is free shipping.


ADDITIONAL FEE: Orders shipped to P.O.Box, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S.Territories are subject to an additional charge of $5.00.


EXPEDITE: We realize that the option for expedited shipping is very important especially during the holidays and when dealing with time-sensitive health concerns. You may request a package be sent Next Day or Second Day Air by contacting customer service at 1-800-277-9861.


RECIEVING: Ocassionally, USPS and UPS will decide whether to leave your package or not at your location if you are not home to recieve it or they cannot find a secure place to leave it. They usually leave a notice with details including number of attempts and where to pick up your package (normally at your local USPS or UPS office/hub).


INCORRECT ADDRESS: If the provided address in incorrect the package will be returned to our warehouse.
Sorry, the shipping charges will not be refunded.


CONFIRMATION: You will recieve a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. This email will provide you with the shipping confirmation number(s) necessary to locate your order.
