Chewable Borage Oil by Solgar

Each serving provides 1650 mg of pure, expeller-pressed borage oil - delivering 300 mg of gamma-linoleic acid (GLA), which may help support PMS-associated breast tenderness, negative mood, and fluid retention as well as help maintain skin health and promote joint mobility.
GLA is an omega-6 essential fatty acid. While other omega-6's, such as linoleic acid (LA) and arachidonic acid, tend to be pro-inflammatory, GLA is a notable exception. In the body, GLA is converted to prostaglandin E1 (PGE1), which supports a healthy response to inflammation. Borage seed oil is by far the richest source of GLA in the plant kingdom - providing more than twice the amount of evening primrose oil.
